The complexity of being human requires us to build resilience…
We can use this phrase like a healing balm. The complexity of being human requires us to build resilience as we encounter inflammatory situations, challenging personalities and disturbing world events.
As we grow in consciousness, we can, more and and more quickly, quietly ask our heart to open, our minds to settle, and our Whole Being to return to its peaceful center.
Just as babies learn to comfort themselves as they mature, we can assuage our own personality’s insults and wounds. Then, note that we spontaneously delve more deeply into our spiritual adulthood.
